O ultimo dia .. pff ! que pena, todo mundo se realizou hoje temos que aproveitar mesmo .. e foi assim.. mesmo ! primeira coisa que nos visitamos hoje foi o Cristo.. Nossaaaa ! isso que nos queremos ver, meu Deuuss.. eu fiquei queita quando eu vi isso, ta tão grande e tão bonito e tão impressionante. Não tem palavras para explicar ! muito massa e inacreditável . claro que nos battemos bastante fotos e mais e mais e mais, ate hora de voltar, haha ^^! Foi muito legal e lindooo.
Depois para a praia, bem conhecida, da IPANEMA ! no bloco 9, claro, onde que tem os gatinhos e as gatinhas ;-) (nos pelo menos neh).. algums foram tomar sorvete, comprar umas lembrançinhas, caminhar pela beira do mar ou so curtir a praia e o mar pela ultima vez . estava cheia de pessoas mas ainda foi muito legal!

Voltamos para hotel para se arrumar par o jogo de Fluminense !!! na maracanã mesmo , . todo mundo preparado e cantando as musicas de fluminense no ônibus chegamos la.. o primeiro tempo foi meio chato, não aconteceu muito , mas depois !! o jogo começou a rollar e nos ficamos no meio das torcidas , muito massa! Quando começou a chover a ansiedade e felicidade aumentou ainda ! gritamos, cantamos, fazemos bagunça, tudo que a torcida fez, OTIMO :D ! e finalmente, fluminens ganhou 3 a 0 , wooohoooow!!

Comemos e fomos para a feirinha de artesanato no Copacabana , muitas coisas para comprar, gastamos bastante dinheiro.. mas é o ultimo dia tão , haha :-). A ultima noite chegou e ficamos no hotel, battendo papo e falando a noite inteira. Na madrugada já tinha pessoas que tive que sair.. a despedida já começou.. não foi fácil.
As 7horas no próximo dia o ônibus saiu, se despedir daqueles que ficaram em rio de janeiro e continuando a viagem para Curitiba e para casa.
Essa viagem foi maravilhosa, inacreditável, lindíssima, bonita, muito legal, boa, ótima, show, incrível, massa,... DE-MAIS!!! Não tem palavras sufficiente para explicar como foi essa viagem, tu tinha que ser la.. mas comcerteza a melhor viagem da minha vida !!

The last Day, pff! So sad, everybody realized that we had to enjoy our last moments together, and that’s how it was, really great! First thing we visited was “cristo”, o my god ! this was what everybody was hoping for, waauw, the moment I saw that my mouth fell open and didn’t say much more then : WAAUW ! so big, beautiful, unbelievable, huge, cool,… there aren’t words enough to explain what we saw . and of course we took a lot of pictures and more and more and more, until we had to go back to the bus, haha^^! It was really great and so beautiful.

Afterwards we went to the beach, well-known, of IPANEMA! In sector 9, of course, were al the hot girls and boys stay ;-) (at least we did haha).. some went to ate an ice-cream, buy some souvenirs, took a walk or just stayed at the beach and the sea to enjoy the swimming and relaxing in the sand for the last time. It was really crowded but still it was really cool !
We went back to the hotel to get ready for the game of Fluminense!! In the stadium “maracanã” itself! Everybody was ready and singing the songs of our team in the bus until we arrived there. The first half was really boring actually, didn’t happen anything. But afterwards !! the game started rolling and we stayed in the middle of the supporters, great . it started raining and the excitement and happiness grew. We yelled and sang just like the real ones were doing, very Nice! And finally, fluminense won 3 to 0, wooooohooooow, party !
We ate and went to the little market of souvenirs at the Copacabana, lots and lots of the things to buy, so we spent a lot of Money there. But it was the last day sooo, who cares :-) haha! The last evening/night we stayed in the hotel, chatting and talking all night long. In the early morning there were already people leaving, the saying-goodbye started, it wasn’t easy.
7o’clock the next day, our bus left the hotel after saying goodbye, crying, waving, laughing and lots of kisses and hugs for those who were staying in Rio de Janeiro. The rest continued the trip to Curitiba or Sao Paulo or … until everybody finally got home, one way or another..

This trip was Just wonderful, unbelievable, beautiful, great, really cool, Nice, the best, .. and MORE !! there aren’t words enough to explain how this trip really was, you should have been there.. but certainly the best trip of my life!
I would like to thank Bernardo, Mariana and Belobrasil to do this trip with/for us!

Começamos o dia beeeeem cedo para aproveitar, porque nos (finalmente) chegamos em RIO DE JANEIRO ! que delicia :-), tomamos café no hotel (que ficou na Copacabana mesmoo) e saímos de ônibus para um citytour acompanhada pela guia. Conhesemos a parte histórica da cidade, andamos pelas ruas lindas, tomamos um cafezinho la na charmosa Confeitaria Colombo e passamos por varias lugares bonitos. Depois disso fomos para o lugar onde o carnaval é o melhor (dizem..) SAMBÓDROMO. Já tinha bastante movimento preparando o carnaval mas nos tivemos o oportunidade para provar as roupas de carnaval, muito engraçado e muito legal ! Continuamos com uma visita no HardRock Café .. muitas pessoas compraram camisetas, copos, bonés, bastante coisas .. e batteram monteeeeeem de fotos. O hardrock café foi muito legal! Voltamos pelo ônibus para ir até o “pão do açúcar”. Subimos la pelos carrinhos e Meu Deuss... a vista era lindíssima ! as paisagens que nos vimos, incrível !! taooo, o que nos fazemos: battemos fotos , clarooo neh ! haha, na hora de voltar começou a chover e fomos para restaurante para jantar. O dia não terminou ainda, aula de Samba e Funk! Foi muito massa para dançar la com todo mundo junto, fazendo bagunça, dançando creu, samba e se divertindo muito ! no final todo mundo consegiu , yeahh :D! todo mundo cansado e totalmente suado nos voltamos pelo hotel por um banho gostoso e pela cama.. provavelmente sonhando desse dia, porque foi um dos melhores dias ! ta louco :-), nos estávamos em Rio de Janeiro.. ninguém acreditava.. haha !

We started the day early to make the best of our day, because we (finally) arrived in Rio de Janeiro ! delicious :D , we had breakfast in our hotel (what was on the Copacabana, just so you know) and we started the citytour with our guide. We got to know the historical part of the city, walking trough the beautiful little streets, made a stop to drink coffee at the “Confeitaria Colombo” and we passed by a lot of nice places. After that we went to the place were – as we were told- carnival is the best in the whole wide world o “Sambódromo”. There were already a lot of people working to prepare the carnival but we had the opportunity to experiment some clothes they use during the parade , very funny and really cool, it’s like huge and so colorful! Continuing our trip to the HardRock Café.. a lot of people bought t-shirts, glasses, caps and a lot of things AND – of course – took a lot of pictures. The HardRock café was really big and had cool stuff, like the clothes that Madonna used when she gave her performance. Next stop: “pão de açucar”. We went up with the little cars and o my God !, the view was incredible ! beautiful to see all the buildings, the waters, the houses, the little people, the streets, unbelievable !! sooo , what did we do: we took a loooot of pictures, but a lot you know! Haha, when we were going back down it started raining, but no problem we were going to the restaurant to have dinner. The day wasn’t over yet, still there was the samba and funk lessons, really cool ! it was really nice to dance with everybody together, having fun, dancing samba and funk like the real Brazilian youngsters do. And in the end everybody could dance like professionals! Totally tired and sweaty we returned to the hotel for a nice shower and our beds.. probably dreaming of this day, which was incredibly fun, one of the best days of our trip!! It was crazy :D, we were in Rio de Janeiro, who would of imagined that ! ? ! haha !

Hoje fomos na praia muito bonita ( e a favorite de Bernardo) na Bahia, Trancoso. A areia branca, o mar muito azul e arvores. Temos um dia otimo para relax e o ultimo dia de Bahia, antes de Rio de Janeiro.
Today we went to one of the most beautiful beaches ( and Bernados favorite one !!) of the Bahia, Trancoso. White sand, blue sea and palms. We had a great day to relax and enjoy the last day in Bahia, before going to Rio de Janeiro.

Arraial e Porto SEguro

Arraial d`Ajuda
Hoje nos queremos ir para a praia da cidade Trancoso. Mas o tempo estava mal , então a gente mudou o programacao e foi para cidade alta do Porto – Seguro, o parte histórico . Nos fomos no lugar a onde os Portugueses primeiro descobriam o Brasil 500 anos atrás e encontraram as indigenos a primeira vez. Nos visitamos também a primeira igreja crista no Brasil. Depois nos tinhamos uma vista maravilhosa do mar.
Depois nos tínhamos uma hora na feira pra comprar artesanato feito dos índios do Brasil. Agora estava a hora de ir para praia ..... ,o que e famoso por axé, um tipo de dança da Bahia. A gente tinha o oportunidade de fazer uma aula de axé e funk junto com um monte de brasileiros que sempre gostam de encontrar conosco. Breve os intercambiários ficaram conhecidos !!
Enfim era um dia de cultura, dança e sol na praia.
A noite nos podíamos escolher entre duas baladas.

Arraial d`Ajuda
Today the plan was to go to a very beautiful beach in Trancoso. But the weather was really bad, so we decided to change the programme.With the bus we went to the upper city of Porto-Seguro, the historical part.
We went to the place where the Portugese first discovered Brazil 500 years ago and met the civilized Indians for the first time, and to the place where the first Christ church in Brazil was built and the first <> was hold. From there we had a beautiful view over the ocean.
After we had time to buy special Indian handcraft (<>) and other things which are tipical for the northeast of Brazil.
Now it was time to go to the crowded beach <<…>> which is famous for <>, a Brazilian kind of dance. We had the opportunity to join a funny lesson together with a lot of Brazilian guys, which always like to get to know everyone of us.Just after few time the AFS-exchange students got really famous!!! So we were called to go onto the stage and show to the other people what we already know about the Brazilian culture and how to dance <>.
We went home after a nice day with Brazilian culture, dance and sun on the beach.
In the evening we could choose between staying in Arraial d`Ajuda or going to the neighbor city Porto-Seguro to join a bigger party in a place called <>.

Itacarezinho
O dia começou com chuva por isso ninguém estava muito animado. Mas chegamos na praia, itacarezinho, o sol saiu e todo mundo pulou no mar, brincando e rindo. Foi um dia tranqüilo e todo mundo podia fazer o que quiser. Algumas foram caminhar pra uma outra praia que tambem era linda!
As ondas foram muito altas e nos ficamos pulando em cima e em baixo delas. Foi muito legal e engraçado. Todo mundo voltou queimada, com areia no biquíni e com muito sal nos olhos mas feliz!
Fomos jantar na melhor pizzaria da cidade e foi muito bom mesmo! JAMMIIEEE

The Day started rainy that`s why everybody was a little bit down. But when we arrived at the beach, itacarezinho, the sun appeared and everybody pulled into the sea, playing and laughing. It was a calm day and everybody could do whatever they wanted. Some went to another beautiful beach!
The waves were really high and we kept on jumping over and under them. It was really cool and funny. Everybody was sunburned, had sand in their bikinis and salt in their eyes but happy!
At night we ate the best pizza in town! YUMMIIEE

Itacaré e barra grande
O dia começou devagar porque tinha bastante gente dormindo. Algumas foram pra conhecer a praia e a cidade. A cidade é pequena, mas legal e a praia tava linda também.
O coordenador, Bernardo, sorteou 7 pessoas para conhecer a famosa praia da barra grande para gente dar opinião e dizer se vale a pena incluir a visita para o grupo do ano que vem. Saímos do hotel e entramos no Land Rover para começar a aventura. Tivemos que atravessar o rio, andar numa estrada muito ruim mas depois vimos uma vista maravilhosa! Comemos um pastel e continuamos nosso caminho. Visitamos algumas vilas lindas antes de chegar na praia mais linda dessa viagem. Ficamos lá um tempinho andando, rindo, tomando suco, nadando e se divertindo. Finalmente tivemos que voltar mas com certeza valeu a pena! Obrigado Bernardo!
Os outros ficaram na praia perto da pousada, na cidade, na piscina,... simplesmente relaxando!
Quando todos se reuniram fomos jantar e depois fomos comprar lembranças na cidade. Foi um dia legal.

The Day started really slow because there were a lot of people a sleep. Some went to get to know the beach and the city. It`s little but really nice.
The coordinator, Bernardo, chose 7 people to get to know the famous beach of barra grande to give their opinion and to tell if it`s worth to visit next year with the next group. We left the hotel and got in the Land Roover to start our adventure. We had to cross a river, take a really bad road but afterwards we had the most beautiful view ever! We ate pastel and continued our road. We visited some nice villages before we got to the most beautiful beach we had seen this trip. We stayed there a little while enjoying, laughing, walking, drinking juice, swimming and just having fun. Finally we had to return but it really was worth it. Thank you Bernardo!!
The others stayed at the beach close to the hotel, in the city, at the pool,… just relaxing!
At the end of the day everyone went together to the restaurant and afterwards to the city to buy souvenirs. It was a great day.

Natal
Em Natal a gente ficou num hotel muito bom. O hotel era muito perto da praia. Teve umas piscinas lindas também pra quem não queria nadar no mar. Embaixo no hotel teve uma sauna e um jacuzzi. De amanha eu fui pra uma fortaleza. A maioria do grupo foi também mas teve também umas pessoas que ficavam no hotel pra dormir mais ou pra nadar ou pra fazer uma outra coisa que eu não sei por que eu não perguntei a todo mondo o que eles fizeram no tempo que eu não estava la por que isso e um pouco estranho. A gente estava de volta do `citytour` a umas 11 horas e o resto do dia todo mundo ficou no hotel. A gente nadou, jogou bola ou ficou na sauna. Foi um dia pra relaxar. A praia do hotel era muito boa e eu acho que todo mundo gostou desse hotel. Na noite a gente foi pra uma feira pra comprar umas coisas. Depois a gente foi jantar num restaurante com comida típica do nordeste. Foi ótimo. Isso era nosso dia em Natal.

In Natal we stayed in a very nice hotel. It was really close to the beach and it also had some nice swimming pools. Downstairs in the hotel was a sauna and a Jacuzzi. In the morning we went to visit a fort. Most of the people went but there were also some people who preferred staying in the hotel to get some more sleep, to swim or to do something else which I don’t know because I didn’t ask everybody what they did because that’s a bit weird.We were back from our citytour at 11 am and for the rest of the day we stayed at the hotel playing soccer or swimming in the pool or the ocean or hanging around in the sauna. It was a day to just relax. The beach was really pretty and I think everybody liked this hotel. At night we went to a market to buy some things and after that we went to eat in a restaurant with typical food from the north east. It was nice. This was our day in Natal.

Jericoacoara
Com sorte o segundia dia em Jericoacoara foi bem mais ensolarado que o primeiro e o passeio de buggy, como combinado, deu certo. Depois do café da manha, tudo mundo prontinho para começar uma jornada bem legal, cheia de sol, de vento no cabelo (tipo “L’oreal, parce que jê le vaux bien ...”), de pulo em cima das dunas lindas, de paisagens de uma cor so.. enfim de aventuras únicas ! Depois de ter tomado um banho quentinho dentro da lagoa (perto da cidade dos pescadores chamada Tatajuba) e ter comido algumas frutas frescas cortadas na hora, nos fomos voltar para o hotel aonde o almoço estava esperando a gente na mesa. Quando terminar almoçar, o tempo foi livre : teve gente quem foi caminhar na praia, teve outra gente quem quis fazer de novo o passeio de cavalo ate ver o por do sol la de cima das dunas.. e ainda outra gente quem, simplesmente, resolveu descansar na cama.. As 7 horas estava prevista uma aula de forro cuja eu não assisti (estava tão cansada...), ou seja sera difficil testemunhar mas do que eu ouvi falar, acredito que tudo mundo achou interessante. Uma balada no lugar que a gente foi o primeiro dia, foi combinada as 9 horas. Alguns foram, alguns resolveram tocar violão e contar historias la em cima na piscina, exaustos por causa do sol quentíssimo que nos tomamos o dia todo... Enfim, no final do dia, quando fui deitar, percebi que chegou o dia mais cansativo (e talvez mais exótico.. ate agora !) que passei desde o inicio. Abracei a cama com muito carinho !
With luck in our 2nd Day in Jericoacoara we had a lot of sun for our ride with buggy. After breakfast everybody was ready to start an awesome adventure, with sun, wind in our hairs and beautiful sights. After sometime we got to a laggon and could swim there. The water was warm and we ate fresh fruits. After that we went back to the hotel and our lunch was already there. After lunch we had free time, some people went to walk on the beach and others went horse riding to watch the sunset. And there was of course people that just stayed in bed. At 7 pm we had a forro class, I was tired and didn’t go but everybody that went thought it was really nice and fun. After the forro class we had dinner at the hotel and right after some of us went to dance more forro and some others just stayed in the pool. In the end of the day I realized how tiring but really exciting our day was.

Jericoacoara
O dia começou bem tranqüilo com um café de manha no hotel. Se nos quissemos nos podemos passear na cidade ate todos juntos foram caminhar na praia. O mar foi forte e um pouco frio aquele dia, mas tudo mundo entrou correndo na água e foi ainda bem gostoso!!
Mas logo começou de chover e nos voltamos para hotel rápido. Em Jericoacoara tudo e muito perto, ma s quando nos chegamos tudo mundo já foi molhado.
Mas mais tarde nos voltamos para as dunas onde nos andamos cavalo. Já foi meio escuro e quando nos subimos a duna com cavalo, nos podemos ver a cidade a noite. Maravilhoso!!
Depois, todos com fome, nos fomos rápido jantar no hotel e sair a noite para uma balada de Forro e Reggae. A gente tentou dançar Forro – poucos já sabiam e o outros aprende. Entao foi muito legal que a gente foi bem cansada quando nos chegamos tarde no hotel e dormiram quase agora.
The Day started really calm with breakfast at the hotel. The day was free and if we wanted we could go downtown or to the beach. The sea was dangerous and kind of cold but everybody went running and swan a little. When we started swimming it also started raining and we had to run back to the hotel, which was ok because in Jericoacoara everything is really close. In the afternoon some of us went to ride a horse and it was really beautiful. And in the evening, everybody was already hungry we had dinner and went to dance forro and reggae. We tried to dance forro, some of us already knew and the others tried. After that everybody was tired again and went to the hotel to get some sleep.

Fortaleza

Fortaleza
De manha nos saimos cedo para visitar uma praia muito linda de Fortaleza. La tinha muitas coisas para fazer.Muitas pessoas fizerom o passeio de buggy nas dunas que foi muito legal. A gente tava indo para uma lagoa linda e com ski-bunda escorregamos ate na água. Depois voltamos para a praia.Porque as ondas eram muito fortes, so os mais corajosos entraram no mar para nadar, mas foi meio perigoso.Na praia também tinha um passeio de cavalo que tava incluído e muiiiiiito divertido. Os cavalos eram rápidos, mas todo mundo gosto (alguns tanto que fizeram outro passeio em seguinte). No próximo dia muita gente sentiu dor nas coxas.Outra coisa muito popular para fazer foi a massagem. Quase todo mundo participo e saiu da praia superrelaxado, com um sorriso no rosto (e cabelo tudo oleoso).A noite nos saímos para visitar a feira de Fortaleza, aonde todo mundo gasto bastante dinheiro para comprar redes, brincos, roupas e outras coisas.Quando chegamos todo mundo tava cansada e caiu na cama bem relaxado e feliz.
Early in the morning we went to visit a beautiful beach in Fortaleza and there we had a loto f things to do. Some of us went on the buggy ride and it was fun. We went to a beautiful lagoon and skied in the sand to the water. After that we went back to the beach. The waves in this beach were huge and kinda of dangerous. Still at the beach we went on a horse ride and it was tons of fun. Another thing that was very popular was the massage, everybody had a massage and went to the hotel very relaxed and with a big smile. Evening came and we went to a little fair next to the beach were we could buy soveneirs, clothes,earings and other things. After we went back to the hotel very tired and went to sleep.

RECIFE e OLINDA!

Acordamos as 7h da manha e corremos pra comer café da manha. Entramos no ônibus IHUUU!! Nos vamos pra Recife com 43 estudantes, tudo mundo taoooo animada para nossa dia cheio de atividades. Primeiro, a gente foi pra o coração da cidade, Central. Tudo cheio com os construídos coloridos que mostram como e’ a vida em Recife. Igrejas, apartamentos, lojas, tudo sao da uma época diferente do que nossa. Entramos no ônibus de novo e descobrimos que a gente vai numa festa em OLINDA!! WOO HOO!! Por isso a gente foi correndo para comprar nossas fantasias pra a noite. Todo mundo comprando cores, mascaras, estilos diferentes. Cada pessoa pronta para dançar noite inteira!! Então nos fomos no shopping para comer almoço e fazer compras etc etc. Depois a gente foi para descobrir um outra mundo, o famoso museu chamada Oficina Brennand. Francisco Brennand o artista quem mostra várias idéias entre o século XX das esculturas sobre originalidades, religião, sexualidades e inspiração. Esse parte do passeio foi muito interessante porque todo mundo da viagem tinha muitos diferente vistas e vários opiniões. As 4h da tarde estava tempo para volta pra hotel, mas primeiro fomos na lavanderia. Foi taooo engraçada porque algumas roupas eram nas sacolas das outras pessoas huahuahua! Que vergonha se você achou sua calcinhas na sacola da outra! Voltamos pra hotel, ficamos pronta para comer jantar, e depois a gente voltou pra trocar nossa roupas pra nossas fantasias! IHUUUUU!!! As meninas todas coloridas com maquiagem mas nao esquecemos um menino quem vestiu uma biquíni! WOO HOOOO! Com tudos os olhos ficarem pra nos, a gente foi pra comemorar a pedacinho do carnaval nas ruas. Andando com bandas, performances e dançando com bonecas gigantes. Dançamos a musica que mostra a alma do carnaval, foi uma experiência tão legal que a gente não vai esqueça.
Wake up 7am, get ready and run down to breakfast. Grab the ass bus and we’re off,(no joke, the name of our bus is A.S.S. hahaha!). WOO HOO! On our way to see Recife! With 43 crazy students hyped up on excitement to see what we have planned for today. First off, we drove into the heart of the city, Central. Filled with colourful buildings that bring out the Brazilian lifestyle of Recife. Churchs, Aprartments, shops, all from a different era. Get back on the bus and we find out we’re going to party Olinda STYLE! WOOP WOOP!! So we rush out to buy our fantasy costumes for our night out. Everyone buying different colours, different masks, different accessories. All ready to celebrate our little piece of Carnival in Pernambuco! YEAH! Ok so later on lunch, shopping blah blah blah. Afterwards we went to discover another world, to the well-known art museum Oficina Brennand. Francisco Brennand, the artist portrays many ideas through his 20th century sculptures about originality, religion, sexuality and inspiration. This part of the trip was really interesting to see because everyone on the trip had different views and perspectives on the sculptures. 4P.M. Time to go back to the hotel, but first making our quick stop at the Laundromat, turned out to be really funny because some of the clothes had been switched and put into others piles haha! Embarrasing to find your underwear with someone else haha! Back to the hotel, get ready to go out for dinner, eat, get back and DRESS UP FOR OUR FESTA!! Girls dazzling with colours, sparkles, make up and let’s not forget our boys wearing dresses and tights and one with a bikini on! Hahaha! With all eyes on us we made got to where the party was aka the street. Literally! We walked up and down streets with our band and dancers and performers. Dancing to the soul of Carnival music of Pernambuco, Fero. An experience of a kind that none of us will forget.

PORTO DAS GALINHAS (Recife)
Hoje foi um dia muito muito legal. Começamos para ir para lavanderia porque nos já estamos 10 dias viajando e todo mundo já tinha muito roupas para lavar. Depois que todo mundo entregou as roupas sujas entramos no ônibus e fomos para “Porto das Galinhas”, uma e meia hora do Recife (a onde gente fica no hotel). Chegamos la, todo mundo estava surpreendo porque a praia foi muito linda ! Tantas pessoas morenas tomando banho do sol e no mar, o mar tão azul, muitos palmeiros, areia branca,.. Perfeito! Nos poderíamos ficar la na praia ou ir para a vila com as lojinhas, restaurantes e sorveterias. Na praia tinha oportunidade para fazer o snorkel e deixar fazer uns tatouagens de henna (muito lindos). Muitos compraram um biquíni, típico brasileiro (pequeno J) e também montem de lembrancinhas. Brincando na água e se divertindo muito o dia passou muito rápido e as 6 horas fomos para o hotel para um banho muito gostoso ! Depois jantar num restaurante , muitoooo bom J para depois todo mundo ir dormir . Foi um dia muito legal !

Today we had a lot of fun. We started to dump our filthy clothes to wash because we’re already 10 days on the road and everybody had a lots of clothes dirty! Afterwards we went to our fancy bus for a trip of one and a half hour to “Porto das Galinhas”, a beautiful beach close to Recife (where we’re staying in a hotel). Arriving there everybody was really surprised because the beach was really beautiful! Lots of people sunbathing, swimming, the water was so bleu and clear, lots of palm trees, the white sand,… perfect ! we could chose what we wanted to do. You could stay on the beach or go to the center with shops, restaurants and ice-cream-shops. On the beach you could go scooba-diving or you could get a henna tattoo (very nice J). Lots of girls bought a bikini, typical of brazil (very small), and lots and lots of souvenirs. We played a lot in the water and we had a lot of fun, the time was passing and at 6 o’clock we went to the hotel for a refreshing shower! After dinner in a restaurant, really goooood J and afterwards we went to bed, everybody was really tired. It was a great day!

Salvador, Pelourinho. Nos fomos de manha para o Mercado Modelo. Compramos muitos presentes e souveniers de Salvador. Depois pegou o elevador da parte baixa da cidade para o Pelourinho. Foi lá que vimos uma igreja com muito ouro e detalhes. O guia mostrou coisas especiais da cidade e depois ficamos com tempo livre para comer e comprar mais coisas. Depois a gente foi para o hotel (um novo e muito melhor) e tomamos um banho muito rápido porque precisamos ir no show do Carlinhos Brown, o Sarau do Brown, foi a melhor festa que nos fomos. Acho que foi a melhor festa que a gente foi aqui no Brasil. A festa era o ensaio para o carnaval, tava muuuuito quente e dançamos muito. Tres vezes o Carlinhos Brown cantou uma música que fazia todos correrem muito rápido em volta do palco, era muito engraçado e legal. O dia foi muito legal, fizemos coisas que não vamos ter a oportunidade de fazer de novo logo!
In the morning we went to a place called Mercado Modelo, a market where we bought a loto f presents and soveniers from Salvador. After we got in an elevator that goes from the low part of the city to the high part, Pelourinho. There we saw a church with lots of details and gold. The tour guide showed us the things from the city and after we had time to eat and buy more things. After the free time we went back to the hotel (a new and much better one), took a shower very fast because we had to go to Carlinhos Brown concert, Sarau do Brown, and this was the best party ever. I think this was the best party we ever went here in Brazil. The party was a warm up to Carnaval, It was reeeeally hot and we danced a lot. Tree times Carlinhos Brown sang a song that made everybody run around the stage,this was funny and very cool. The day was nice, we did things that we are not going to have the opportunity to do all the time!

SALVADOR (passeio do barco + karaoke)
Saimos para passear o dia inteiro na praia numa ilha. Era uma ilha tão tivemos que ir do barco, mas tinha umas pessoas que tinha medo para passar mal. Que bom que ninguém passou mal de verdade e tudo mundo se divertiu no barco: tomando banho do sol, batendo fotos, escutando musicas e cantando, dançando, dormindo, rindo e falando bastante! Quase chegamos e todo mundo já estava olhando com a boca aberta porque parecia uma vista de um filme (pirates, lost). Antes nos compramos comida para fazer um pick-nick e Bernardo também comprou cadeiras, toalhas, flores, queijo, facas,... para nos comer! Mas tinha um problema porque o barco não conseguiu chegar ate a praia, todo mundo pulou na água e um barcinho trouxe nossa comida. Foi muito engraçado! Depois o pick-nick maravilhoso todo mundo ficou no sol, tomando banho no mar, fazendo caminhadas, esquecendo passar protetor solar e so relaxando, tudo tranqüilo. Quando nos tivemos que ir embora o maré tava muito alta e o barcinho nem conseguiu chegar ate a praia, foi difícil para levar as coisas mas nos, as intercambistas fortes, conseguimos ! na volta todo mundo tava muito quieto porque foi um dia cansativo mas muito legal. Depois um banho gostoso nos fomos para nossa primeira festa nessa viagem. Tinha karaokê, DJ, um sala de jogos e um banda de rock. Todo mundo esperava muito dessa festa mas não foi tão legal e o dia depois todo mundo tava muito cansado ! Esse dia foi muito bom!
We went out for the hole Day in na island. It was an island so we had to take a boat and some people were afraid they were going to get seasickness, nobody really got sick and we had a great time, took pictures, dancing, singing, sleeping, laughing and talking a lot! We saw the view and we had our mouths open, it looked like a movie (lost, pirates of the caribean). Before taking the bus we bought some food so we could have a pic nic at the beach and Bernardo also bought chairs, towels, flowers, and more food… But getting there we had a little problem, our boat was too big and could not get to the beach so a smaller boat came and took the food but we jumped into the water and swam. It was really funny. After the wonderful picnic we went to walk and some people were sun bathing and forgetting to put sun screen on, that’s how relaxed we were. After that we had to return to the boat because the tide was already high and by then the little boat couldn’t get to the sore. Some people help us and we had to carry and swim to the boat, it was difficult but we made it! The ride back was quite, everybody was tired after a long day at the beach. After that we took a shower at the hotel and went to our first party. There was a karaoke, a dj, a band and some games. We all hoped it was going to be a kick ass party but everybody was really tired. This was a very nice day!

Lencois para Salvador (PROJETO TAMAR à GUIA lindoooo J )
Saimos do lençóis indo para Salvador. Chegamos la de tarde e fomos para o Projeto Tamar. La vimos muitos tartarugas, tubarões (esse que Astrid Tommelein tocou, YEAH), ovos, peixes, areia e a coisa mais importante, O GUIA era Lindoo! Todas meninas estavam escutando , bem quetinhas atras dele, porque ele tinha olhos lindos pra caramba ! Depois fomos pra o hotel e ficamos na piscina.

From Lencois to Salvador ( Tamar Project -> Handsome guide J )
We left Lencois and went to Salvador. When we arrived there in the afternoon we went to the Tamar Project). There we saw turtles, sharks (which astrid touched, YEAH), eggs, fish, sand and the most important thing , THE GUIDE was handsome! All the girls were listening very quietly following him, everywhere he went because he had the most beautiful eyes! Afterwards we went to the hotel and stayed in the swimming pool.

Segundo dia Lencois Second Day Lencois

Lençois, fomos para a gruta e chapada diamantina. A gruta era bem legal e tinham estalactites em diferentes formas. Por exemplo de um peito, um dedo, uma água viva e um anjo. Também quando o guia desligou a luz tava muito escuro e todo mundo tava pensando sobre muitas coisas. Quando saímos da gruta precisamos de subir muitas escadas e ficamos muito cansados. Depois muita gente tomou água de coco e comeram bolinho de queijo, era muito bom! :D A chapada diamantina era maravilhosa, chegamos lá depois de uma caminhada muito longa e cansativa. A vista era muito bonito e todo mundo tirou fotos. O guia contou uma história sobre o nome do morro que subimos, morro do pai Inácio. No final todo mundo achou que ele pulou do morro, mas depois de alguns segundos ele apareceu de novo. Pra chegar no ônibus andamos mais ainda. Depois disso fomos relaxar na cachoeira, era bem diferente da outra mas era bem legal. Depois de um banho nos assistimos um show de capoeira no hotel e depois tinha uma aula e todo mundo participou com nossas calcas de capoeira que ganhamos. Foi um ótimo dia!
Lencois, we went to a cave and to Chapada Diamantina. The cave was very cool and the rocks inside had different and interesting shapes. For exemple a finger, an angel, aand even a jellyfish. When we were inside the tour guide turned off the lights and we had time to think in absolute silence. When we went out of the cave we had to climb a lot of steps and that made us tired. But right after that we had the chance to drink coconut water and eat a delicious chesse bread. The Chapada Diamantina was really beautiful, we got there after a long long walk and climbing. The view was gorgeous and we took lots of pictures. The tour guide told us the story about the name of the mountain PAi Inacio. In the end everybody thought he had jumped but it was a joke. To get to the bus we walk more but after that we went to a beautiful water fall. It was different from the one yesterday, but still really nice. After we went to the hotel, took a shower and watched a capoeira show, and after we had a capoeira class with our new capoeira pants from BAHIA. It was a great day!

Lencois
The day started perfect, because we could sleep very long. So some of us had a nice breakfast and some of us slept the hole morning! Sit at the swimming pool or went to the little, but beautiful city are some activities to do… The hotel was the best in Lencois and really amazing! With tabletennis, swimmingpool, billard and much nature. Sometimes we could see a big frog on the way.
That day we met at 13.30 . A guide showed us the beautiful city Lencois. After we went with him through the forest. It was a way up and down, but on the top was a place to buy agua de coco. Highlight! We enjoyed the wonderful view and nature. After we went to the waterfall. We sat in the sun in the fresh water. And had fun!!!
We had the opportunity to jump up a clipe which was really fun! After we went back to an all-you-can-eat restaurant. Sleepy of the day we could stay awake till 1 pm.
